Pay, then verify your email

Madeizzy supports guest checkout — you provide an email address for account access and an MTN MoMo number for payment. Confirm payment only inside MTN’s own prompt. Madeizzy will never ask for your MoMo PIN.

If payment is still pending

A delayed response isn’t proof that a payment failed. Keep your order reference, return to the order status screen, and avoid paying again until the first attempt has a confirmed outcome.

If you can’t find your purchase

Sign in using the email you used at checkout. If you can’t access that email, support will need to verify ownership before changing account access.

Download and start using it

Once signed in, open My Library and choose your toolkit. Every download is authenticated and checked against your purchase.
